The more experienced and accomplished the cheater, the more difficult it will be to detect any sign of cheating. Women, with all their potential for love, compassion, and tenderness, can be world-class, expert liars.

Most women evolve over time so sudden changes — such as a new interest in physical fitness, a new hairstyle, a new optimistic disposition — may not be indicative of an affair. A change in sex drive without logical basis, the removal of pictures of the two of you from her wallet/purse, (obviously) receipts for flowers and gifts that you didn’t receive and that she didn’t mention — these are all indications that a woman is likely cheating.

I have found that few women really had no clue that their girlfriend/wife had been cheating. Most claim to have felt “something.”

It’s September 1. If you are not happy about something — a job, a relationship, the lack of a relationship, your personal style, your fitness level, the amount of chaos in your life, the amount of boredom in your life – do something about it. Make a change today.

Update your resume, have that talk with your significant other, vow to meet three new single women this week, go for a walk, go for a longer walk, cut out processed foods, get your living space organized, join a museum, buy season tickets to your local arts center, volunteer at an organization that supports a cause you have a passion for, start writing that book/blog/article/screenplay.
